This wonderful hideaway is in Woods Hole, a gateway to Martha’s Vineyard, surrounded by water and packed with great shops, summer restaurants and tons of fun things to do. This cottage is a three-minute walk into the middle of Woods Hole and the ferry terminal, and a short walk to several wonderful beaches (Nobska Beach, Stoney Beach, Surf Drive Beach). Cancellation Policy
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 fee to cover our expenses. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full rental amount unless the premises can be re-rented. Any difference in the rental amount will not be refunded and there will be a cancellation fee of $50.
