Welcome to Lily Bay Lodge, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This 3-story home was built in 1988 and sits on a 2 acre wooded property with 200 feet of sandy Lake Michigan shoreline. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and overlooks Lake Michigan so you'll experience breathtaking views from almost every room in the house. It also has a screened in porch that faces south and offers bug-free dining and the sounds of the waves hitting the shore add to the experience. The outdoor brick paved patio is on the lakeside and also has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is also a firepit on the beach for evening campfires. This home is located a short 10 minute drive to downtown Sturgeon Bay and is about 3/4 mile to Lily Bay boat launch. We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs up to 25 pounds each. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date. ***This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. Beach stretches for miles offering a great opportunity to walk the beach to enjoy nature, watch the sunrise, or try fishing. *Water Depth: A gentle slope from shore 0-10 feet (20 feet from shore) *Kayaks can be used no more than 50 yards off the shoreline, any further out water is rough and cold. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner & body wash per full bathroom. Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
