High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. BBQ pit available for use as well as two kayaks. There is one 10 foot and one 12 foot kayak. There is a fire pit (fire wood not provided.)This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum, 40lb max weight limit, at $50 per day per dog. This property is down river from the historic Faust St. Bridge and immediately down river from the IH 35 public boat ramp only 1 minute off Hwy I 35. It is up river from Lake Dunlap. Parking for up to 7 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time.
