You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Guests will be responsible to provide their own firewood for the fire pit. - Guests will need to provide their own linens for the crib. - Guests will need to provide their own life jackets for lake use. If you plan to dock a boat, guests are responsible to provide their own ties & anchor. - The dock is available for guest use as well as the kayaks and canoes. - The boat size for Melton Hill Lake is a fishing boat or ski/wakeboard size. No large cruisers or yachts. **Please note: If a guest receives permission to use the lift, all you need to do is open the lockbox, pull out the cable end, and plug into the power outlet below it. Code will be provided once we receive permission. **Please Note: The indoor fireplace is off limits and may not be used. **Please Note: TVA draws the lake water in for about a week every year. Boaters need to be aware of the water levels when booking in the springtime. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.
