Boat slip not available at this time. Paddleboat and two kayaks available for your enjoyment! Riverbank across the street used for fishing or using boat launch.  King bed in private bedroom with dresser and closet.  Two full size sleeper sofas in the common area.  Listing has 4 guests max but can sleep up to 6.    Stocked with linens, towels, dish towels, dishes, cookware, silverware, serving ware, grill utensils, Ninja AutoIQ blender, Ninja Specialty coffee maker with fold away frother, coffee cups, wine glasses and wine bottle opener.  Central vacuum.  Outdoor dining area with seating for six and extendable table. Gas grill.
