You'll have two hotel-room style studios - each with a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, 55" smart TV with streaming services, gas fireplace, ensuite bathroom with gorgeous tile shower, washer/dryer and AC. The fully equipped kitchenette in each unit features a two burner induction cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, sink, drip and Keurig coffee maker and counter seating. Relax in the sectional in front of the electric fireplace after a day on the slopes and catch up on a streaming show on the smart TV. It's a perfect setup to have the kids in one room and the grownups in the other! We're also just five minutes to the mountain, a 2 minute walk to great breakfast at Backcountry Cafe and a 4 minute walk to the shuttle to the mountain. Spend your holiday with us! Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. •  Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) •  Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts. •  Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. •  Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. •  You must sign and return our written rental agreement. •  The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm. •  The shuttle to the mountain is a short 3 minute walk and picks up every hour across the street from the condo. •  Tesla destination charger available at the front building of the condo complex. Non-Tesla vehicles may charge with the proper adapter. •  Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
