You must have paid the damage coverage protection plan ($59) after booking AND done the docusign digital rental agreement prior to us issuing the door code to you. Once you get to property, there is a staffed front desk or security office on duty to issue you a parking permit One space is inside the parking permit and one space is outside the building.
