The interior has been lovingly and extensively remodeled. The floors of the house were recently done throughout with "Terrazzo-look" ceramic tile that creates a gorgeous modern feel. Quartz countertops provide plenty of counter space, both on the long counter under the windows, and on the open island with bar seating - a perfect place to sit and enjoy the mountain views. This ideal floor plan features master suites on either side of the house - both open to the spacious backyard, one with a patio at the front of the house. An open kitchen, living room and dining area, with high ceilings and lots of glass opening out to a covered back patio and landscaped yard framing the recently built pool and spa with a tanning shelf. The ideal floor plan features master suites on either side of the house, both of which open to the spacious yard and one with an additional patio at the front of the house. There are also two cozy queen bedrooms. All four bedrooms are outfitted with premium linens and are filled with beautiful natural light thanks to the windows and glass doors. The master suites have ensuite bathrooms and there is an additional full bathroom for guests in the other two bedrooms. All bathrooms have premium, plush towels and LUX toiletries provided for your convenience. The primary bedroom sits alone on one side of the house and has a spacious seating area, a flat-screen SmartTV, plenty of storage, and doors that open up to both the backyard and to the front yard. The front has access to a private patio with beautiful views of the San Jacinto mountains, and out back is the sparkling pool, spa, and gathering space. The recently renovated ensuite bathroom has a tiled stand-in shower. The second bedroom is another spacious king-sized suite on the other end of the house. This room is the ideal spot for those who want to wake up and take an early morning dip thanks to the sliding glass door that leads out to the beautiful backyard pool. The room features a Samsung Frame Smart TV, plenty of storage space, and an open-air ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms each have a comfortable queen-sized bed, plenty of storage space, and lots of natural light. One of these rooms has a designated work space for anyone who has to catch up on emails during their poolside vacation. These two bedrooms share access to the third bathroom, which is located in the hall and features a shower/tub combo. All bathrooms and common areas are supplied with premium amenities by L'Occitane. ~~ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ~~ If you love to entertain, you won't find a better place in Palm Springs. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for the group. With attractive quartz countertops and plenty of space to move and groove, this open kitchen space allows you to easily prepare meals or simply set out a catered buffet. There's also a LUX Jura Espresso and Coffee maker that can make nearly every coffee drink you can imagine! Once you're ready to eat, you can enjoy your meals at the vintage formal dining table, or head to the outdoor dining table and dine alfresco. Indoor dining has room for 8 and outdoor dining has room for 6. The bar seating at the island offers lovely mountain views, making it the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers. While you may not be spending a whole lot of time indoors during your stay in Palm Springs, when you do need a break from the sun, the bright living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind. High ceilings and fashionable furniture make this a lovely environment to spend time in. Relax on the comfy sofa or bright lounge chairs while you stream your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV complete with Bluetooth surround sound. If you'd rather spend some quality time with your group, you'll find a credenza filled with games, activities, and puzzles to enjoy together. ~~ PRIVATE BACKYARD ~~ The spacious and secluded backyard area is where you'll want to spend most of your time. The sparkling and newly-renovated saltwater swimming pool is the star of the backyard, complete with a built-in jacuzzi spa and tanning ledge. Enjoy lounging in the water or one of the several pool floats and noodles that are provided. Don't worry about breaking a sweat trying to inflate them - an electric pump is included for your comfort. Keep your drinks nearby with an in-pool ice chest and cocktail table and customize your shade preference with adjustable umbrellas. There is ample seating outside the water for relaxing. Once you get hungry, you can grill up a savory meal on the natural gas BBQ and enjoy the peace and quiet of your own private oasis. ~~ Book Today & Treat Yourself to an Authentic Desert Experience In Palm Springs ~~ BOOKING POLICIES 1. Pets : We welcome potty-trained, well-behaved pets for a flat rate of ***$150*** per pet per stay. If you are booking on Airbnb, only the 1st pet will be included in your booking total so if you are bringing more than 1 pet, the additional $150 will be collected separately after booking your reservation. We have specific policies that we will ask each guest agree to. 2. Renter's Agreement - Renter must sign an agreement before arrival. Every renter must sign this agreement before getting the arrival instructions and door code. 3. Security Deposit : A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits are collected separately by the property host (not by AirBnB). 4. Guest Count - The guest count on your reservation MUST be accurate. Pricing does change with the number of guests because our turnover costs are variable. 5. Cancellation Policy - We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed) 6. ID Collection : there may be instances where we are required to collect your ID whether it be from a local government, HOA or other reasons. 7. The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child-proofed. 8. Music, talking, singing, dogs, kids or anything else that may create noise, cannot be heard beyond the property line. We have neighbors all around us and we all do our part to be good neighbors. Please be considerate of noise and our neighbors. 9. No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances. 10. 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is required for each reservation (subject to changes). This is (typically) included in your initial booking payment. If for some reason it's not, we'll request it separately and payment will be due before arrival. 11. Utility Costs : for rentals of 28 days or longer, utility deposit may be required. Inquire for more details if you are booking a 28+ day reservation. 12. Security Cameras : Three cameras are installed, with two pointing to the front exterior—one in front of the manual side gate and one above the front door. The third camera is positioned on the South side of the house, pointing toward the powered side gate in the backyard. 13.
