Access to the private saltwater pool area is directly off the game room. Mid Level: You will find 3 spacious ocean-facing bedrooms, each with cable TV and direct access to the covered ocean-facing deck with a hot tub and swing. Bedroom #2 is furnished with Two Twin Beds & Bedroom #3 is equipped with a Queen Bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a spacious full bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #4 is a King Bedroom with an ensuite private full bathroom. The laundry area is also located on this level. Top Level: You are greeted by ocean views in all corners of the great room through the expansive ocean-facing windows. The great room boasts cathedral ceilings, plenty of seating for the entire family, and access to south and east-facing sun decks. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with all the cookware you might need to prepare your favorite meal, expansive granite counters, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. With two separate dining areas, there is seating for 12 so the entire family can enjoy a meal together at the end of a busy day. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
