If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach items (beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and ice chest) they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. While this property is ground floor and has a walk-in shower with separate tub, it is not ADA compliant. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use. We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. While this property is "dog-friendly", no cats are allowed. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
