The lower-level balcony gives a wonderful view of the pool and tropical grounds of the complex with ocean views to the west down towards the beach. The upper deck features two lounge chairs in which to bathe in the sun and gives an elevated view of the ocean to the west. KITCHEN AND DINING Enjoy stainless steel appliances in your fully stocked kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The large wood dining table comfortably seats 6 and there are also two additional spots at the bar for quick bites. LIVING AREAS The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo’s capacity of 6 with a comfortable sofa sleeper and additional love seat couch. There is a large 50 inch flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite and the other downstairs across the hall. Both have a shower/tub combo.  SLEEPING F306 comfortably sleeps 6 with a Cali King-size bed in both the master bedroom and in the second bedroom, as well as a  queen sofa sleeper in the living room. In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms. EXTRAS -This unit comes with TWO assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. -A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.  -Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. -F306 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4),  beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. A large perk of Sea Forever is the walk-up/drive-up accessibility from its location in North Coast Village, which makes it perfect for those with disabilities or who can't do stairs, it also makes it especially convenient for grocery trips, unloading luggage, and dropping off sandy equipment after a beach run. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
