This is a 55+ community. This community requires a registration form be completed and a $150 fee paid, and that one of the individuals registering for the stay must show identification that proves the age is atleast 55 years old.  (Rental rates do not include the condominium registration fee, departure cleaning fee, tax, or security deposit.)
