About The Property
Enjoy the view from both sides of this nicely decorated three bedroom, two-bath, first-floor pet-friendly condominium. From the dining area view the tennis courts, recreation building and man-made pond with the mountains of Franconia Notch standing tall behind. The rear faces a lovely space of lawn and the river flowing by. All on one level this offers three bedrooms each with its own television and two full baths as well as a kitchen, dining and living area complete with wood burning fireplace. The primary bedroom has a king bed and air conditioning unit. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom a queen bedroom and air conditioning. While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room and man-made swimming pond with sandy beach. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more. Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at . Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed. This unit has two air conditioners: one in the king and queen bedrooms. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be in writing and received 30 days prior to arrival date in order to receive return of deposit less $35.00 service fee. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all rent and/or deposits already paid. Deposit and prepaid rent may be insured with optional Vacation Rental Insurance. In no case will refunds be made in cash.
