About The Property
Enjoy the mountains and woods at the east end of Clearbrook in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse with just one or two steps to enter. Step through the outer foyer, where you can leave your skis and gear, to the inner foyer where you'll drop your shoes and hang your jackets. Up a half flight brings you to the open-plan main level, with a living area (including a wood-burning fireplace, TV with cable, and built-in AC), dining area, and full kitchen, as well as access to the deck with wooded mountain views. The next floor up offers a sitting area with a higher privacy wall, TV with HDMI slot (no cable), Wii, and other games, while the upper-most floor holds the primary bedroom with a queen bed, private bath, TV with DVD player and HDMI slot (no cable), and another mini-split AC. On the bottom level of the home, find the laundry room, a full bath, and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed; the other with two sets of bunks. The lower queen room has a Roku device and a DVD player. (You could watch cable via the Spectrum app here and on any streaming devices you bring.) Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more. Please note: This townhouse has 2 built-in AC units; one in the upper bedroom and one in the living room. This home provides two parking spaces and there is a shared visitor spot nearby. This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at Dogs are not allowed in this unit. Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be in writing and received 30 days prior to arrival date in order to receive return of deposit less $35.00 service fee. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all rent and/or deposits already paid. Deposit and prepaid rent may be insured with optional Vacation Rental Insurance. In no case will refunds be made in cash.
