There is one parking space (unassigned) for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building. *Please note: There is not an elevator in the building*

We were in for a medical procedure. The condo is wonderfully placed for access to medical facilities and downtown shopping and restaurants. I would say the condo is a little worn and basic., but clean. The furnishings have a few stains and the fixtures were basic but overall it met our needs perfectly. This was a great 2BR for our weekend stay in Asheville. The private parking, and the location above the bakery were major pluses. We easily strolled into town both nights for dinner and people-watching, and appreciated being in a quieter part of town for the remainder of the time. We would stay in this location again!

Loved the location- walking distance to downtown, it is upstairs from a delicious bakery and a GREAT steak restaurant with a great bar. Loved the communal space / kitchen / living area. Loved that it had 2 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It is an older building - so the bathrooms are very small and not much space to set things in...
Great location! Close to everything! Only complaint which does not change my 5 star review, bathrooms were small with hardly any counter space making getting ready a little hard for the females. Otherwise would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
