CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that all bookings within 60 days of arrival are considered final and all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations prior to 60 days from your arrival date are accepted and your deposit is refundable less a 5% processing fees. Adverse snow conditions, wildfires, flight cancellations, airport or road closures, war or acts of terrorism, illness, bereavement, exigencies of business cannot be accepted as reasons for cancellation. If Wildfires are present in the area we do not offer refunds due to smoke in the air.
