About The Property
This oceanside villa (just 70 yards from the ocean) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-size kitchen, with a living and dining room combination. The master bedroom has an IComfort king-sized bed with two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a balcony with a lovely pool and oceanside view. Carolina Beach Club is on the south end of the island, located on South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Amenities include the use of the Hilton Ocean Oak Resorts' oceanfront pool, as well as a second pool, restaurant, pool bar, and indoor fitness center. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3-night minimum in the off-season months**

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations of four (4) days or more must be cancelled Thirty (30) days prior to Arrival for refund. Reservations of three (3) days or fewer must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to Arrival for refund. All cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee, any processing fees associated with the reservation are not refundable. All reservations are made subject to strikes, failure to vacate, or causes or conditions beyond our control.
