About The Property
By The Wave is a beautiful home located in the Magnolia Cottages neighborhood within Seacrest. At the front of this home is an amazing screened-in porch with plenty of seating for dining or just relaxing. Inside you'll find a cozy main living area with relaxed setup for easy entertaining. The kitchen, dining and living areas flow seamlessly together. Use the charcoal grill located at the back of the home to grill up some of your BBQ favorites. The crisp white kitchen has everything you need to prepare both the coziest home-cooked meal and the quickest little beach snacks. 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and another bedroom is upstairs. Off this 2nd floor bedroom is a balcony where you're sure to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. You'll be surrounded by nature with large mature trees and plenty of blue skies. Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 10: Bedroom 1, 1st Floor: Queen bed, TV, and private bathroom. Bedroom 2, 1st Floor: Twin-over-twin bunk bed and full-over-full bunk bed, TV. Bedroom 3, 2nd Floor: King bed, TV, private balcony. Private bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo. Beach Access: Head down Patina Blvd. and across 30A to the bike/walking path. Turn right and take this path to your beach access, Seabreeze. Distance: .3 miles | Time: 6 minutes walking Seacrest: Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy. * Sorry, no pets allowed. * Parking for 2 cars. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if CSA Travel Protection Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify Benchmark immediately of any cancellation,
