Ride sharing companies can provide delivery to the property address. Make sure they use the address 1005 12th Ave South, Nashville, 37203. You can be picked up from this location as well, either from the front or back of the property. (Do not use North, it will take you to another location.) Rooftop video projectors are being added in July 2023 and will be stored in the 3rd floor bedroom closet. *The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee of $100. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 hold on the card for the validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
