All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross-contamination. MONTHLY RENTALS This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates between October through the end of February. RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY Our Guest Friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancelation.
