The primary en suite bath features a garden tub, separate shower, dual vanity sinks, enclosed water closet and walk-in closet. Also on the ground floor is a half bath conveniently located for pool swimmers and visitors. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a full bath and a loft. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds; Bedroom 4 has a twin over full bunk bed with safety rails. ALL bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs for streaming your apps. Bathroom 2 has dual vanity sinks and a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. The loft with its cozy seating and TV is another great gathering area for creating lasting memories with your favorite people. A high top desk in the loft provides a space for your remote work. To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations. For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway. The home has smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors. NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
