Also within 5-7 minutes you have access to restaurants, supermarket, golf courses and more...POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the clubhouse parking which is 0.3 Miles from the house.SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS (be aware USPS doesn't deliver in Solterra Resort). Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.The Enclaves at Festival is an ideal resort for your Disney vacation. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more.
