We fully respect the privacy of all of our guests. These devices only record video and audio on the exterior of the home facing the front and rear areas of the home. The automatic recordings are triggered by motion and noise. Louisville also offers many Taxi, limousine, and shuttle services. RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply. KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
