The kitchen has a large window with beautiful views of the conservation land and is well equipped with all the necessities. There is also extra seating for guests at the counters to enjoy. The main level bathroom is just off the kitchen.  As you enter into the living room there is a large sectional couch, smart TV, and sliders to the three-season sunroom. The elevated back deck and sunroom grant beautiful views of the wetlands that abut the back of the property. This room allows you to keep the sliders closed to dine inside or open them all up for an outdoor dining experience.  On the main level you will find two bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a king bed. As you head downstairs to the lower level you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and full bathroom. This room does suit as a private retreat with an additional entrance off the garage. Outside you fill find a spacious, seasonal outdoor shower (hot & cold water) to rinse off after a fun day at the beach.
