About The Property
Absolutely inviting one bedroom Hilton Head villa with a loft and a sleeper sofa. You will feel instantly on vacation the minute you walk through the doors! Coastal colors and beach vibes throughout this wonderful villa. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you can think of for cooking for your friends and family. There is countertop seating at the pass through bar at the kitchen. Open spacious concept plan with large dining room table that seats six. The coastal living room has plenty of seating, a sleeper sofa and a large HDTV. There is a private patio right off the living room with seating and a grill for all your outside needs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a HDTV and doors that go out to the private patio. The en-suite bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and single vanity sink. A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs loft that has two twin beds plus a computer station making it a true fun family space! The bathroom upstairs has a tub shower combination and a single vanity sink. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy seasonal shuttle service. There is a private community pool very close to the villa. You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, golf, tennis, pickleball, bike trails, the 11 mile lagoon, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach! If you want to spend a vacation full of memories on Hilton Head, this wonderful villa has everything you are looking for! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival by Guest for villa/condominium rentals and 60 days or more prior to arrival for private home rentals, will receive a refund of any deposit paid, less an administrative fee of $75.00. Any other cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any and all deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages.
