The bathroom features an oversized vanity, walk in shower and large walk-in closet. This bedroom overlooks the vineyard and western hills. Downstairs Family Room: Down half a flight of stairs is the family room with TV, DVD and built-in bookshelves with numerous movies, novels, and picture books. Sliding glass doors from this room lead to the back yard. Laundry Room / Half Bath: Located on the same level as the family room and game room is a full-sized laundry room with a washer, dryer, utility sink and half bath. Game Room: Opposite the laundry room is a large game room equipped with a ping pong table and every indoor and outdoor game imaginable.
