The unit has an open floor plan with a renovated kitchen that has views of the complex and the Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen all the way through to the living room.  The living room has balcony access where you can sit and enjoy the weather while you enjoy a drink or meal.  The primary bedroom has a king size bed with a full bathroom.  The guest bedroom has two double beds and a full bathroom. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. Age Requirement:  NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
