Welcome to the Blueberry Bungalow in the heart of Beautiful Heber City! This lovingly restored 1930's gem has charm to spare. Beautiful original wood floors throughout and wonderfully appointed. One block off main street, you can walk to Heber's wonderful downtown streets to shop or eat. Only 10 minutes from Deer Valley's Jordanelle gondola and the new Mayflower Ski Resort. Come relax and enjoy all this beautiful valley has to offer. Don't forget to bring your pooch! Open floor concept living, dining and kitchen with an homage to Utah's beehive heritage and a country feel. We had so much fun restoring this home and adding special touches everywhere for you to explore and find. Two well appointed bedrooms with luxurious bedding, soft towels and comfortable furnishings abound. We even built a room just for your furry family members. You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement and the storage shed in the backyard. The basement is a separate unit with its own access, We are in the process of converting it into storage and office space for our Vacation Rental Management business. Once complete the access to the basement office will be along the south side of the home but will not interfere with guest access to the home or backyard. The basement is soundproof so please make yourselves at home! Other things to note We live very close by and will be your silent hosts. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know if you need anything at all. The home is located just one block from Heber's historic downtown main street. Restaurants and shopping abound and if you are willing to drive a few minutes, you will shortly be in lovely Midway just 5 minutes away. Park City is only another 20 minutes and Salt Lake City only 40 minutes. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, please respect our neighbors! This home is pet friendly and we will happily accommodate your furry friends. Here are the rules. We charge a $25 per pet, per night fee for pets. All pets must be kenneled if you plan to leave them at the home without supervision. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. If our cleaning crew has to pick up messes in the home or outside the home on the property, you will be charged a minimum $100 additional cleaning fee. The pet fee is charged separately from the booking through Air BnB resolution. All animals must be disclosed prior to your stay. Service animals are welcome but they must be disclosed ahead of time and documentation provided if required. If it is found that you bring a pet without notifying us (even service animals) you will be charged $50 per night per furry family member. Please report any damage a pet is responsible for immediately so we can resolve it immediately.

The kitchen is well stocked with essentials so you won't have to worry about packing salt and pepper! The dining area will accommodate up to 4 people so meals can be enjoyed together at the table. Luckily this 1 bedroom condo has 2 full bathrooms so guests don't have to wait in line for the shower. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with extra pillows and a comfortable duvet. Wifi is free, of course, and is included with the condo. Bringing a car is easy and convenient since there is an underground parking garage with unassigned parking spots. We do now have Uber in Park City so if you feel like parking and leaving the car at the condo, you can call an Uber and get anywhere in town. Our bed & breakfast is five minutes to the south entrance of Zion National Park and three minutes to Springdale. It has been newly renovated and updated with new furniture and amenities, such as flooring, tub and showers, vanities, bedding and linens, Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs with Roku TV apps, towels and décor. You’ll be served a hearty breakfast with enough variety to find something that pleases everyone. Please let us know if you have any dietary issues or special needs. We’ll tell you, “I don’t like onions is just as important as I’m allergic to strawberries." Our meals can be vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free. Children eight (8) and older are welcome. This is a perfect spot for your family reunion. There's lots of room inside and out. It's close to North Beach via a 15-minute shortcut through the town of Dingle. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. Open living areas on the main floor and in the basement. Lots of toys and games, a ping pong table and a sand volleyball area. Roast marshmallows and make s'mores in our fire pit. Get some exercise riding one of the many bikes we have provided. Inside we have a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with soap, shampoo and plenty of towels. We have toys and games for the kids and they will absolutely love the bedroom above the garage with two bunk beds, a day bed, and plenty of space to play. In the shed you will find toys for the beach or the backyard sand area and games you can play outside. There are bikes for the kids and for the adults that you can use to go for a ride and get some exercise. There is a grill out on the back patio and picnic tables where you can enjoy the feast you create for your family. After a long day, relax on the front porch on the swing or the rocking chairs. We've even got a washer and dryer if you find you need to do some laundry. The entire house and yard is yours to enjoy during your stay. We respond quickly to messages you send through Airbnb. Our home is located in the town of Wardboro, an unincorporated area of Bear Lake County, Idaho. Many of our neighbors are dairy farmers and ranchers and there is a lot of space between homes. Although there are no services in Wardboro, we are located just 5 miles from Montpelier, where you can find a grocery store, gas stations, ATMs and a few restaurants. To get into town, take Dingle Road and head north to connect up with US Highway 30. Turn left on the highway and head west to Montpelier. The center of town is the intersection of US Highway 30, named 4th St. in Montpelier, and US Highway 89, named Washington St. Of course, the main attraction to the area is Bear Lake and we are just 13 miles from North Beach State Park. Our home is situated on a well graded gravel road just a half block from the main paved road. The easiest route to North Beach State Park is through the town of Dingle, including several miles on a high quality, graded gravel road. The road passes right alongside the Bear Lake Wildlife Refuge on the north side of the lake.
