This second floor five bedroom three and a half bath unit features high ceilings, hardwood floors, modern décor and an open-concept kitchen and living space. Kitchen features include imported Carrera Marble counter tops and Kitchen Aid appliances. Living room features 65” smart tv with cable and wifi so you can keep up-to-date with all your online streaming shows. There is a secondary living room for additional tv watching or social gathering. Grounds overlook Jaycee Park in the National Historic Fort Screven District which includes Soccer fields, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a playground and more. Tybee's bike path is great for touring the island and runs along the east side of the park. Enjoy a short walk to North Beach to enjoy the sand and surf or a bite to eat at the North Beach Grill. Free off-street parking for 3 vehicles makes staying on Tybee even easier for you and your guests. Pool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round. It is heated on the following date range: October 1 – December 15 March 1 – May 30 The pool is not and will not be heated from December 15 through March 1 as the air temps are too cool to maintain an adequate swimming temp. The property is three stories high with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two lounge rooms, two kitchens, a sizeable balcony, a brand new plunge pool, and parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. (Climbing stairs is required.) The main level, reached by a full flight of stairs, opens to a small kitchen, breakfast nook, lounge area with balcony and separate laundry. This smaller kitchen is perfect for making a quick bite or grabbing your morning coffee. The lounge area has a small sectional with a 42” TV. Three of the bedrooms are located on the main floor as well as two full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with nightstands and closets. The third bedroom on the main level has two sets of built-in bunk beds (four single beds). There is a small tv located in this room with a large selection of kids movies. Moving up another flight of stairs, you will find the second larger kitchen with attached lounging area and the larger of the two balconies. The larger kitchen is equipped with a double oven, a warming drawer, dishwasher and six burner stove. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils for larger meals. The adjoining lounge area has a 55" HD LCD TV with cable and plenty of seating for everyone. The balcony off this area is where you will find yourself more often than not, it has ample seating and overlooks 11th street and the beach entrance. You’ll be able to enjoy the ocean air and see all the comings-and-goings without leaving the property. The master suite with an ocean view is located off the lounge area on the top floor and includes a private en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The master includes a king bed, walk-in closet and futon couch for extra guests. The ground floor or pool level has an additional queen bedroom (5th bedroom) with attached (4th) full bathroom. This bedroom is heated and cooled by a window unit only. This room has private access by key and you must go outside and up the full flight of stairs to get into the main house. This is a good spot for extra family or friends visiting for a night or two during your trip. The property is outfitted with all the amenities you’d expect to find in a family home. On the ground floor there are 4 driveway parking spaces. The garage itself is stocked with tents, chairs, two bicycles and miscellaneous toys for the kids. The specific options change often as you would see in your own home. Rent the on-site golf cart for your stay for $100 per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house. Pool Seasonality: Hogan's Pool is open year-round.

The kiddie pool is great for families with small children. North beach has calmer waves and less people making it perfect for families Washer and Dryer located in building on first floor. Only one parking space per condo is available, additional paid parking is available on the island.
