This home is spacious and flooded with tons of natural light. The first floor includes an eat-in kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a living room with double doors which open to the screened porch. There are two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. Enjoy the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from the screened porch or upstairs balcony and take in all the Lowcountry has to offer. Port Royal Landing is a serene community on the Intracoastal Waterway situated under a canopy of live oaks and Spanish moss.  Located 10 minutes from Historic Downtown Beaufort, 15 minutes from Parris Island, and about 30 minutes from Hunting Island State Park, this home is centrally located to easily explore all that our Sea Islands have to offer. Thank you for taking the time to look at our condo.  Our two-story condo (2nd and 3rd floors) has views of the pool and the ocean. It has two bedrooms on the third floor (top floor).  One bedroom has a king-size bed.  The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed.  Each bedroom has a full bath. There is also a 1/2 bathroom on the living floor.  We provide all linens, bedding,  towels, and a fully-equipped kitchen.  We also provide free cable t.v., free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a coffee maker, a Keurig, and a blender.  Each bedroom has a 40-inch television.  The living room has a 55-inch television.  There is no land-line phone so a cell phone is a must. Our condo is a 3-minute walk to the ocean.  There are also 4 pools for you and your family to enjoy.   The first pool is directly behind our building has a depth of 3 ft.-8 ft.  The second pool is the Community Association Pool has a depth of 3 ft.-6 ft. and is a two-minute walk from our condo.  The third location is the Beach and Racket Club and has two pools.  The first pool has a depth of 3 ft.-8 ft and a baby pool 1 ft-1/2 ft. deep. The Beach and Racket Clus is a 5-minute walk from our condo.  The Harbor Island pools are open from April 1 - November 1.At the Beach and Racquet Club you can rent bicycles, play volleyball, go to the fitness center, check out tennis rackets or a basketball for a game at the nearby courts or play on the playground. Harbor Island also offers you the opportunity to go crabbing, fishing on the dock, and practice your golf at a couple of holes.Harbor Island is a gated community with 24/7 hour security. It boasts 2.5 miles of white sandy beach and untouched dunes.  We are located 14 miles East of historic downtown Beaufort, SC and Parris Island. Historic downtown Beaufort is a must see. The City of Beaufort has many boutiques and restaurants. You can take a horse-drawn carriage tour under the moss covered live oaks past breathtaking antebellum homes, historic churches, and movie sites. The Waterfront Park in Beaufort, which provides dining with a view of the river, is a must. In addition, Park Johnson Creek Tavern is 1 mile from the condo and provides local seafood and indoor and outdoor seating. We have 2 nearby grocery stores: Publix and Walmart.Hunting Island State Park is 2 miles south of the condo and is a favorite attraction. The Hunting Island lighthouse was constructed in 1859 and re-built in 1875 after the Civil War. 167 steps will take you to the top for a fabulous view. Hunting Island State Park also offers 5 miles of beach, great trails to run or walk, a nature center and picnic shelter.  The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. The newly constructed six bedroom five bath home on Tarpon Blvd with a private dock directly across from a short beach access. The beach is less than 100 yards from the house. The main level has an open living room, kitchen and dining area that opens up to a screened in porch with a outdoor table, seating, and TV. The main level has four bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. The guest room has a king bed and shared hall bath and the bunk room has two twin beds.  There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and private bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath. All bedrooms have smart TV's. Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day).  If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards. Guests do not have to buy amenity cards! You can enjoy the beach, the bike paths, and the shops without an amenity card. There are many wonderful restaurants, golf courses, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, and tennis courts off of the island.  Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
