This spacious, freshly updated lake-side home sits on 2 acres in a quiet neighborhood just around the corner from Lake Barkley Marina, Lake Barkley State Beach, Resort State Park, and Moon River Restaurant and Marina (see map in the images). This gorgeous lake estate boasts 3250 sq feet, 11 beds, private dock, kayaks, pedal boat, pool table, high-speed internet, all brand new furnishings and 7 new OLED flat screens. Shoot hoops in the front, fish or park your boat or boat rental at the dock. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sun room, roast smores by the fire pit, or grill steaks or your fresh catch on the Weber Grill!! You won't want to leave. The main floor offers two dinning spaces seating up to 11 (with an additional 3 at the bar). Large remodeled gourmet kitchen offers a coffee bar, new appliances, and plenty of prep space. The kitchen flows beautifully into the main living area's cozy seating, large flat screen, and a warm gas fireplace (for the cool months).
