The Space: As you drive up, you’ll find this house both charming and welcoming. Parking here is never an issue. There is street parking in front of the house and there are three spaces in the back of the house, two of which are in your private garage. Both the front and back yards are beautifully landscaped and give this house a comfortable, relaxing vibe. The living room offers a seat for everyone in your group. A comfortable couch and four armchairs make for a great place to gather around the coffee table and enjoy one another’s company. The seating faces a large TV and fireplace and because of the open concept, you won’t miss any fun if you are sitting at the large dining table for eight. The contemporary style, fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless appliances, great overhead lighting as well as modern pendants. There’s an island for additional work space and the large kitchen window coupled with the white cabinetry makes this space bright and airy. There is an additional seating area downstairs with another fireplace which is great for reading, conversation and games, along with a half bath for your convenience.
