Phoenix West 1203 is a 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo that sleeps 10 and is located directly on the Beach in Orange Beach Alabama! This unit is spacious with a large private balcony.  The living room has a large screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating on the large leather couch. There is an adjoining space to the livingroom with a couch and 2 chairs right beside the balcony doors. Stylishly decorated and has all that you need for a fabulous vacation. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and private bath with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and a double vanity. The maser bedroom has French doors that open into the livingroom. The 2nd guest bedroom has a King and the 3rd Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and each guest bedroom has it's own private full bath. A fully equipped kitchen with a bar for additional seating and a mini bar with a small sink and glass shelves. IMPORTANT INFO: Building repair project will commence on Monday, July 24, 2023. The project will be focused on repairing several cracks on the building’s west wall and is expected to take approximately 5 - 8 weeks to complete, subject to weather conditions. The repair process will include grinding the surface around the cracks, injecting epoxy, regrinding the surface, and repainting the areas impacted.To ensure everyone's safety, traffic access to the west driveway will be blocked off during the project's working hours, which are from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. During those times, all traffic will be routed to the east driveway. We understand the importance of maintaining optimal traffic flow, so we want to assure you that the west driveway will be open on evenings and weekends, allowing unrestricted access during those times.As much as possible, we will attempt to minimizing disruptions to owners and guests. However, please be aware that elevated noise levels are expected on an intermittent basis throughout this project. Specifically, there could be significant construction noise during the times when the contractor is grinding surfaces.
