Located on east Bahama street, you can walk to over a dozen bars & restaurants plus it is less than 1 block to the public beach access end of street. For families on a budget looking alot of sleeping space, this two bedroom has more than the norm. Our master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two newer bunk beds that are like adult sized with full sized mattresses. The living room has a small pul out couch *Free Parking Off Street You can fur sure walk to the beach without having to cross the busy Padre Blvd (main drag) as Mar y Sol is on the east side (beachside) of Padre blvd. This 8 plex that has a simple pool though not heated. Our entire condo was repainted Jan 1 of 2023 so it is a fresh, newer and clean feel inside. The kitchen has open concept with a nice counter top / bar that you can easily serve a family meals off of. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/utencils/a blender and coffee maker so ready for you This 2nd floor unit that requires you to go up one flight of stairs, it has high speed wifi though on the Island internet is sometimes spotty. Linens and towels are provided, A basic starter pack of toiletries are provided, like soaps, a start pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash bags as well as coffee. These are not unlimited nor restocked, please be aware. Please read & agree to all house rules prior to booking - ask questions first please. We do also require a signed digital rental agreement with a pic of your photo ID. to maintain our short term occupancy permit with the City of South Padre. This permit number is available upon request as Airbnb does not allow us to display it. We will NOT issue refunds after booking is made due to these requirements. Guest access we have a coded access we issue a door code day of check in provided the rental agreement are completed. This door code will be yours the entire time of the stay. The space Sun Dancer is the nicest of all the �Dancer� complexes & directly across the street off Gulf Blvd from the beach & public access making it super easy with your family. On top of this, top to bottom full remodel May of 2023 with no expense spared! This is the finest 2 bedroom walk to beach condo in South Padre Trips property management collection & perhaps the nicest off beach 2 bedroom on all of South Padre Island The master bedroom is incredibly spacious with a flat screen TV, en suite master bath, & king bed affording great privacy. The 2nd bedroom acts a perfect kids bunkroom, as it has a set of 2 bunk beds (4 beds total). There is also an additionally provided full sized airbed & pump, Bring Grandma or bring the neighbor kids too they will all fit. The kitchen opens to 16 foot ceilings in the living room, & is full equipped making memorable family meals easy & fun. Right off the kitchen is a 10 x 12 foot deck great for sunset views with a giant pitcher of Margaritas. It�s always 5 oclock at Sun Dancer #11 The deck has a electric grill & high end patio furniture. Please also note this is a 2nd floor unit so no noise above you, but stairs are required. There are 2 off the street parking spaces though it does lack additional guest parking. This condo complex has a sparkling clean pool perfect for the final tiring out of the kiddos after a long day at the beach. Condo includes linens, bedding, towels, & a starter pack of soaps & toilet paper (not unlimited). You can expect non stick cooking spray & basic salt & pepper. From this condo you can walk to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, or for those looking to stroll the beach a bit further to Clayton�s Beach Bar or Bar Louie Please read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. Must read & agree to all house rules prior to booking Important The space This is an older town home with very hard to find 100% private pool for your use. Lowest cost private pool , but this home does have its flaws and is not remodeled. Great deal on price though! Downstairs in the spare bedroom are 2 double sized beds along with the kitchen, tables, 2 couches, and flat screen TV. One couch folds down into a small bed. This living area opens up nicely to a patio to the private pool area that does provide some shade as you exit the home. The ground floor is all tile and there is one full bath down. Upstairs, the second spare bedroom has 2 single beds, and the Master Bedroom features a king bed with private en suite full bathroom. A very easy walk to the beach is assured. Parking space for 2 cars off street. BBQ by the pool is ok, bring your small charcoal grill. (we dont provide) *Free Parking Off Street The house still has a cool, beach vibe. The pool is 3 feet to 5 feet deep. This space can be described as dated inside & not luxurious. The pool is great, as is location. Interior decor is dated. The space This is such cool retro vibes original beach house that gives off the feeling of the Caribbean. This is a great spot for those that don't want to book a cookie cutter condo. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom. As you walk in the patio from outside. The deck provides a good deal of extra space for your family with seating, and is especially inviting for sunset cocktails. This is a classic raised beach home. Is it brand new and perfect? No. It has some quicks as older beach homes do but that is part of the experience. Reasonably appointed finishes were used in the partal remodel we think you family will enjoy. There is high speed wifi/internet for remote work too. Kitchen is very cozy and the living room has a great set up for family movies. Lots of bedding here too check out all the photos. The backyard garden and fun hang out spot under the home out of the sun really makes this home unique. BBQing is allowed in the backyard though no grill is provided. The chill out area under the home is in fact common area that front unit can use as well FYI. The large eat in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make fun family meals together in on space The living room is very large for movies after a long day at the beach. The 3rd bedroom is simply idea for 4 kids as 2 trundle beds with tucked under singles provide 4 total beds for the kiddos. The other 2 bedrooms are a queen and full bed for couples. While we allow 10 people please understand without an airbed there is really adequate space for 8 people. House is "oh so close" to the beach too. *Free Parking Off Street There is a double sized airbed w/pump in closet too for living room The kitchen is missing nothing in terms of amenities. There is off street parking for a max 2 cars. A golf cart is considered in this vehicle count. While this is a stand alone home it is a duplex and there is a 2 bedroom/1 bath space up front that a can be rented in combination with this 3 bedroom to hold up to 16 total people. It is located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator though you are welcome to walk. 2 flights of stairs. An efficiency condo means that the kitchen/dining flow right into the bedroom area - it is not separate. There is a nice queen bed for mom & dad, a pull out couch for the kiddos, and we do provide an extra airbed if you. have a grumpy teen coming along :) Max allowed is 5 people (yes a baby is a person!) as that is max building HOA allows - sorry. no exceptions. Gulfview I is a very clean, well maintained condo complex with private beach access for all guests, a crystal clear/clean pool (not heated) as well as 2 heated outdoor Texas Sized jacuzzi tubs, one for family use and one adult only. The beach is about 100 yards away. Very nice seaside grill at Holiday Inn you can access as well for lunch and drinks. One of the most popular amenities here is you can BBQ by the pool! There are half a dozen BBQ pits (bring charcoal) located by pool with a covered patio and seating/tables. Very hard to find on the Island If it is gloomy out, there is an inside small community center where guests can chat, play cards or board games, or do puzzles or simply read to get outside. The condo has a full sized fridge and stove, is fully equipped with pots/pans/forks/plates/etc as well as microwave. There is unfortunately no dishwasher here. The patio has 2 chairs to watch the sunrise or sunset, and overlooks the parking lot and Schlitterbahn waterpark which is now called Beach Park SPI. it is walkable. *Free Parking Off Street If you have any questions please contact us prior to booking as we do have strict no cancel/no refund policy and would be more than happy to assist prior to booking. This home has private beach access, a private pool (not heated), ground floor & 2nd floor covered patios to ocean and is truly open concept. Ground floor features 2 bedrooms & bathrooms with a walk out to pool and ocean. 1st bedroom has a queen bed & attached bathroom, 2nd bedroom downstairs has 3 adult sized heavy duty bunk beds that have a total of 6 double sized beds. A convenient full bath is here which is great for guests using pool area without having to go through entire home. There are 2 futons too. The ground floor also has an included washer & dryer. The 2nd floor is up 1 flight of stairs to the open living room, dining room, kitchen with new appliances and "backside" of 2nd level is a very private master bedroom suite with en suite full bathroom and a closet large enough to almost call another bedroom. Kitchen has all new appliances as of July 1, 2022. There is a half bath in the hallway upstairs for guests, and the living room has 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows looking at the ocean & beach on 2 sides. Entire home has super high ceilings making it feel ultra spacious. The only carpeting in the home is brand new carpeting up the stairs for quietness purposes. The living room has new furniture and opens up to the 2nd floor huge patio overlooking the beach and pool This patio is perfect for watching the kiddos swim or sipping a sunset cocktail or sunrise coffee. Living room is very large for family game nights the kids will love. Pool area has outdoor furniture and gas grill. While we don't include LP/Propane please bring a tank if you'd like to use. The garage you may use, just please no vehicles in it including golf carts. Driveway is large enough for 4 vehicles if parked tight. Walking out to the beach does NOT require using a public beach access point..this home features super rare private beach access off a new small "deck in the sand" with a faucet to wash off beach toys or your piggies :) While we do allow up to 15 people, there is sleeping space for about 10 or 11 without the use of airbeds, please note. This home is just perfect to split between 2 families with children or for your bachelorette get together or girls weekends. The space Gulfview II a small walk to beach condo complex located on the South End of South Padre Island. The south end of the Island is where all the entertainment is located. The south end is also great as it helps you avoid busy weekend traffic delays. This property is walking distance to the new Holiday Inn Beach Resort that has 2 restaurants open to public, as well as next door is Beach Park SPI, formerly known as Schlitterbahn Waterpark While Gulfview II (and it's sister property Gulfview I) are not beachfront, there is an EZ beach access located due north of the Holiday Inn that is convenient and totally walkable with a wagon with your beach gear. Gulfview has arguably the best pool area not on the beach, while the pool is not heated the hot tub is. It also has about half a dozen built in BBQ charcoal grills that are first come/first serve use right off the pool with a shaded dining area with plenty of picnic tables. This is one of the main reasons guests love this property. The condo itself is on the 4th floor and the property does have an elevator. While the condo is not a brand new renovation - we think you will really like it - it is super clean and functional in every way. The kitchen has all the basic amenities you will need for quick meal preps for your family. While we allow up to 6 guests, understand this space really isn't adequate for 6 adults. A couple with kids it is perfect for however. or a small group of friends that don't mind sharing a bedroom. The pull out couch in living room does allow for more space than just the 2 double beds in the 1 bedroom, FYI We do provide a double sized airbed with pump, though please bring extra bedding if you do want to use it. There is a very small private patio with 2 chairs though it doesn't afford a superb view. Please note we do have unit 410 right next door if you have friends or family that want to join! Condo has smart TVS for your app/accounts to wind down to movies after a long day at the beach. *Free Parking Off Street Complex has an elevator so you don't have to climb stairs unless desired. Community use laundry area for the complex. There is (1) provided off street parking space. While we allow up to 6 people, we feel the space is adequate for a couple with kids. There are 2 double beds plus a pull out couch as well as a double sized airbed and pump we provide. Please bring extra bedding if you plan to use the airbed. We provide linens & towels, but do not provide beach towels. Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, etc. For stays over 4 nights, we do provide complimentary towel & linen exchange at our office South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd across street from water towel on main blvd. For work, there is high speed WiFI in unit as well as counter to work off of. Gulfview II is superior to Gulfview I as they do not charge for wristband deposits...however.... Please understand in March it's a different deal no matter what your age property charges $30 in cash per person to security at the property for the security wristband fee qt check in... we have nothing to do with it be prepared to pay! It is important to read & agree to all house rules prior to booking. Message us questions prior to booking, not after. Please note: If you are NOT 25 years of age you must contact us prior to booking for us to authorize the reservation as you will be subjected to additional damage deposit and/or damage coverage protection, plan fees, as well as additional stipulations, IF WE ACCEPT RESERVATION AT ALL.
