This is a fantastic location for the next Sundance Film Festival. The home is centrally located in Lower Deer Valley, a short walk to the historic downtown area and minutes to the slopes. Please inquire with us if you have questions about a specific property amenity so that we can give you the most accurate information possible for your dates** This ground level 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is conveniently located with close proximity to both Deer Valley and Park City Resort.   Located at the Lodge at Stillwater, the home comes with an extensive list of amenities.  There are 3 hot tubs for you to enjoy after a long day on the slopes.  There's a game room equipped with an air hockey table, foosball table, and pool table, which is ideal for those with kids, or even just adults who want some extra space and fun.  The Lodge at Stillwater also has an on-site ski rental shop so you don't have to deal with leaving the building to get your rental gear prior to your first day on the mountain. The condo itself is cozy, comfortable, and affordably priced.  The living room has a new Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv, and gas fireplace.  The photos were taken prior to these improvements so upon arrival you'll notice that the unit is even nicer than what you see in the pictures.  If you step outside the living room and onto the patio, you'll be able to take in the great views of Deer Valley Resort.  The open concept kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the living room so even the cook can still be a part of the conversation as they prepare meals.  The refrigerator in the kitchen has also been replaced since the photos were taken so once again, it'll look a little different and better once you arrive.  The kitchen is well stocked with essentials so you won't have to worry about packing salt and pepper!  The dining area will accommodate up to 4 people so meals can be enjoyed together at the table.  Luckily this 1 bedroom condo has 2 full bathrooms so guests don't have to wait in line for the shower.  The master bedroom has a Queen bed with extra pillows and a comfortable duvet. Wifi is free, of course, and is included with the condo.   Bringing a car is easy and convenient since there is an underground parking garage with unassigned parking spots.  We do now have Uber in Park City so if you feel like parking and leaving the car at the condo, you can call an Uber and get anywhere in town.  The property has quick and easy access onto the well maintained highway 89 for a straight shot into Park City proper.
