The property is three stories high with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two lounge rooms, two kitchens, a sizeable balcony, a brand new plunge pool, and parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. (Climbing stairs is required.) The main level, reached by a full flight of stairs, opens to a small kitchen, breakfast nook, lounge area with balcony and separate laundry. This smaller kitchen is perfect for making a quick bite or grabbing your morning coffee. The lounge area has a small sectional with a 42” TV. Three of the bedrooms are located on the main floor as well as two full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds with nightstands and closets. The third bedroom on the main level has two sets of built-in bunk beds (four single beds). There is a small tv located in this room with a large selection of kids movies. Moving up another flight of stairs, you will find the second larger kitchen with attached lounging area and the larger of the two balconies. This stunning beach front townhome is an end unit, so the direct ocean views are expansive in both directions, especially out of the primary bedroom's windows. It's great for groups or multigenerational families. There's a studio apartment on the ground level with access through the home's attached garage. It contains a King bed and a twin bed, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and its own exterior door, but is still a part of the home. Once up a flight of stairs to the main level, there's a spacious open living, dining and kitchen area-- fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals during your stay. The laundry room is available for use off of the kitchen. There's also a half bath on this level. There is a pull out queen sofa available in the living room. Up another flight of stairs there are three bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and is spacious with a dedicated desk workspace and the best ocean views on Tybee. This beautiful enchanting home was built at the turn of the century. The home is located in Southern part of Savannah’s Historic District, which is 1 mile from Forsyth Park. Walkable to local hotspots Two Tides Brewing Co. and food truck park Starland Yard. The Starland District is home to some of Savannah’s hottest restaurants, including La Scala, The Vault, Ardsley Station and more. Some of the best coffee and biscuits are only a few blocks away at Back in the Day Bakery or enjoy Savannah’s newest neighborhood nightlife at Lone Wolf Lounge around the corner. Original Heart Pine Floors, bead board, doors etc. keep the historic charm while the modern Kitchen and bathroom give it a clean feel. Cleaning Precautions: After each guest checks out, we have professional housekeepers clean each vacation home from top to bottom with disinfectant, wiping down all surfaces and floors. All towels and linens are professionally laundered and individually vacuumed packed until needed. When the housekeepers are complete a member of our team inspects the home, using gloves and/or disinfectant wipes, to ensure nothing was missed and restock any cleaning supplies. We strive to provide the most comfortable environment for your stay.
Palm Terrace is a large 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom private sanctuary with Historic Tybee charm. The second floor features 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, generous living room, dining room, and sun room with an outdoor deck for dining while overlooking the gorgeous pool. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, living and dining room and a kitchenette that is convenient to the pool and covered outdoor dining area. The backyard features a huge pool and pool house with a 90in. TV for watching the big game while swimming or grilling on the charcoal or gas grills, a large commercial ice machine, bar, and lounge seating area. The house is located on 6th Terrace beach side of Butler. It is very close to the beach. This part of the beach is significantly less crowded than the rest of Tybee and coveted by locals who know and have access. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.
