Owner Direct Vacation Rentals started in 2009 as a husband and wife team who were frustrated with the high rental agents fees, binding contracts and the unreliability of not having anyone in town they could trust to look after their property

We have now grown into a small locally owned company that manages a select number of specially chosen beach vacation rentals in North Myrtle Beach along the beautiful coast of South Carolina, working closely with our homeowners to ensure their beach homes and vacation rentals are well-maintained and managed.

Our limited membership size allows for that personal service that makes all the difference to you and your guests! Owner Direct Vacation Rentals provides our owners an alternative to the high commission costs of rental agencies, while providing quality cleanliness, low or no-cost maintenance, same day deposits via direct deposits, all seasons’ bookings, owner’s portals and no contracts.

Limiting the number of rentals in our program we can ensure that each and every beach rental is properly maintained, decorated and cared for.  Larger companies tend to “lose track” of attention to detail or are unable to match guests with an appropriate home, because Owner Direct Vacation Rentals is a small locally owned family business, we are able to pair each guest and family with an beach vacation rental that truly suits their needs.
