Our family has renovated, restored, and built short-term rentals on the property, which connects to a bluff and old farm. This family property has had many uses since the early 1900s and we are thrilled to bring new life to it for guests to enjoy, rest, unwind, and commune with nature. Living next to the bluff of the South Cumberland Mountains, we are treated with views, nature, and wildlife on daily basis. Each day is different, offering unique encounters with deer, water falls, sunsets, and seasons. The Bluff House was built partially into the ground, and used natural stone from the mountain side, painstakingly brought up and used to complete a one-of-a-kind home with a million-dollar view. Other rentals have been restored from previous generations of use, as well as their original purposes: brooding houses. The Old Ingman Farm raise dairy cattle and chickens, and many buildings were employed for husbandry. With such a rich history and family narrative for each station of the property, we are humbled to continue with a tradition of working on this generational land, as well as being proud of what our hands and time have produced in order to share with others what we have been so richly blessed with.
