IMPORTANT INFO:  The roofing project at Ocean Breeze West is underway, Equipment will take up the entire west side of the parking lot with the west entrance blocked off. For safety reasons there will be a protective covering that will extend from the walkway to the elevator out to the parking lot. This will be used as the only access to the building from the front for owners and guests. A second covered walkway will be set up along the east side of the building down to about a third of the walkover that will be used to access the beach. The empty lot to the east of the building will be available throughout the roofing project for overflow parking. It will be imperative that all owners and guests have an official and completed parking pass visible at all times. The exterior project will begin very soon after the roof work is completed and it should be stressed that a major disruption should be expected. Prices have been drastically reduced during this project. This project is expected to be completed by the end of March.
