Come spend some time at our 3 bedroom duplex for some Rocky Mountain R&R. This cozy duplex sits on the mountain near the Steamboat Ski Area and 1 well behaved dog is allowed to come join you for your vacation. This home is the perfect combination of space for your family, location near the ski area (about 1 mi) and affordability. Enter to a dining room and a kitchen with newer appliances. Welcome to the Pines 302D. This top-floor, 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom condo has amazing views of the Steamboat Ski Area from the balcony and bedrooms! Sip your morning coffee or afternoon beverage from the deck and check the conditions on the hill. The condo is on the top floor, so you have vaulted ceilings and no worries about anyone above you stomping around in ski boots. Enter the condo to a small bench for taking off your boots and proceed to the nicely remodeled kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals or heat up some takeout from one of Steamboat's great restaurants, including the Ore House at the Pine Grove which is just a short walk away. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings for lounging after a day on the slopes. It has wood, slate and carpet throughout the 3000+ square feet. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths - plus 2 separate living rooms, you'll have no shortage of space for family and friends to enjoy their time in beautiful Steamboat. If renting equipment, overnight free storage for your skis and snowboards at the base of the slopes makes this walk easy or inquire about the availability of our locker in Gondola Square that you can rent for an additional charge. There is a free shuttle that drops off at mountain base which stops every 20 minutes about 50 yards from the home. Free shuttle also goes downtown if shopping or dining is on the agenda. If you do plan to have cars, you'll be able to park 3 of them with no problem. There is direct access to the kitchen from the garage, which makes unloading groceries easy. The property is a duplex home with a shared driveway. The heated garage has ample room for 1 car, and 2 additional spaces directly in front of garage provide comfortable parking for 3 cars.
