Brand-new cabinets contain carefully selected cookware, serve-ware, and place settings. Out back is a small private deck that steps down to an enclosed brick patio. In addition to the garage, street parking is readily available. Parking immediately in front of the home's entrance requires that the vehicle's license plate be registered with the city, which is a process we are happy to facilitate for longer stays. There is also *free* (no permit needed) street parking in the next block and in many areas nearby. For quick stops (to unload groceries, for example), the neighboring alley is also a convenient temporary option. The adjoining unit, which has an identical floor plan, is also available for short-term or monthly rentals (contact us for details). The two units share the enclosed back patio. Please note, because the enclosed back patio is shared, we can't allow pets that require a yard. Some indoor-only pets, or dogs that only go outside on leashes, can be accommodated for an additional fee. Unfortunately we can't allow cats.
