Sky Deck 302

Meet me where the sky touches the sea! This anchorage puts you exactly where you want to be. Look out over the rooftops and out to sea from your penthouse perch. This 2 BR, 2 BA completely is a renovated condo on the third floor in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. Located on the third floor, STARBOARD side (Unit 302) and fully air conditioned, this sun-filled two bedroom, 2 bath condo has a bright, stylish eat-in kitchen with quartz counters and custom island with seating for all. A fully stocked kitchen for the chef in the group -- pots, pans -- everything you need to prepare tasty meals for everyone. But why cook when all of Old Orchard's restaurant options are just out your door? Open concept living room & central a/c via wall mounted mini-splits. The main bedroom ensuite has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.. Washer/dryer in unit. Easy walk to ALL of Old Orchard Beach's attractions. Sandy beach, the pier, restaurants, pubs, music, shopping and Palace Playland. This is the spot for everyone's favorite Maine Beach Vacation. ALL of this AND two designated parking spaces and an exterior deck that offers fantastic star gazing! Pet friendly too! LOCATION If there’s one reason people come to Old Orchard Beach year after year, it’s because this town really knows how to play. For more than 170 years, this community of about 9,000 year-round residents has thrown open its doors and invited folks to join in the fun. And boy, have they responded. During the warmer months, Old Orchard Beach’s population swells to upwards of 75,000. Many come all the way from Eastern Ontario and Quebec, often year after year. Things to Do in Old Orchard Beach Why? First, there’s that beach, all seven miles of it. When the tide is out and the sun is shining, the sand goes on forever. People nestle in for a nap, play football, toss a frisbee, venture into the surf. There seems to be room for everyone. Then, there’s the Old Orchard Beach Pier. First built in 1898, the Pier once marched more than 1,800 feet out into the bay. It hosted restaurants, shops and even a casino where Frank Sinatra once crooned. Storms eventually broke down the old Pier; the newer one is slightly shorter. But it, too, includes places to eat, drink and shop, all of them above the waves. Back on shore, check out Palace Playland, the Old Orchard Beach amusement park. Here, you can scare yourself on the big-kid rides, play for tickets on the arcade games or watch the waves below as you sit atop the Ferris wheel. More than anything, OOB is a local’s town. Stroll the Old Orchard Beach boardwalk, enjoy small, local shops and stop by Old Orchard Beach restaurants, local bars and local hotels and motels. Pick up a sandwich, shop for a t-shirt, sip a beer or grab some cotton candy. People have been strolling these same streets and enjoying these places for generations. Ready for some quiet time? Visit Ocean Park. This woodsy, summer retreat was founded in 1881 in a section of OOB as a place for religious camp meetings and self-improvement lectures. It’s still owned by an association and hosts ‘The Temple,’ the only octagonal church in Maine. Restaurants in Old Orchard Beach Old Orchard Beach restaurants range from small places serving great pizza by the slice to sit-down spots with terrific views of the sea. Seven Miles of sandy beach, restaurants, pubs, Palace Playland, the pier and live music all within an easy walk. Two designated parking spots -- no need to pay extra for expensive beach parking. You are within walking distance to the beach. Easy access from the airport and turnpike. (Just over a mile straight down the road). But once you are here, you will not need your car. Park and walk everywhere! Old Orchard Beach is easily accessible from this condo. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife, basic groceries, and of course, seven miles of the best beach in Maine.

Footbridge Escape

PRICING - All inclusive pricing makes booking your vacation easy. Ogunquit is rich with local culture, with art galleries by town artists, boutique shops selling locally made items, and the Ogunquit playhouse, the local theater with a national reputation. Ogunquit means "Beautiful Place By the Sea" and Boston Magazine describes it as "one of the most immaculate stretches of coastline in New England." The location is in one sweet spot. You won't need a car while you are here. Park in one of the two designated spots and you are within walking distance to Ogunquit's Footbridge, Ogunquit Beach, Perkins Cove and any number of restaurants. Take the trolley into the main part of the village for some shopping, a visit to the Ogunquit Museum of Art or a singalong at the Front Porch's piano bar. After a full day of adventuring, enjoy an evening cocktail & a sunset view of the neighboring coastal wetlands and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, all from your private balcony. Tomorrow morning, take your coffee & you can enjoy the sunrise with a walk on Ogunquit's famous beach -- just a few minutes walk from your condo. The Beach - For 3 1/2f miles, Ogunquit Beach’s dunes and white sand separate the Ogunquit River & the Atlantic Ocean. This beautiful seashore commonly ends up ranking high in tallies of America’s finest beaches, one visit to its shores and you’ll see why. It’s an all-out paradise for sunbathers, swimmers, beachcombers, and bodysurfers—& it’s a paradise that’s a mere stroll from this condo, Footbridge Escape. The whole beachfront’s a beauty, but one of our favorite spots is on the northern side of the sandy peninsula: Footbridge Beach. This typically quieter alternative to Ogunquit Beach proper is so named because you reach it by—you guessed it—a charming plank bridge over the brackish Ogunquit River. There’s a little concession stand at Footbridge Beach as well as public restrooms; the more developed main beach also has refreshments available (including an onsite restaurants), plus beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and floats for rent. Perkins Cove - Be sure to visit colorful and charming Perkins Cove. You can watch the lobster boats come in and maybe pick up today’s catch for dinner or dine one of the many restaurants nestled along this tiny harbor. Looking to enjoy an ocean-side walk with plenty of opportunities to sit and take in the gorgeous view? From Perkins Cove, there may be no better place in Maine than along Ogunquit’s Marginal Way. Only 1.25 miles long, the cliff walk wends its way starting at one end in Perkins Cove on a paved path, passing gorgeous seaside homes, stately hotels and inns, and breathtaking stellar views at every turn. Where you'll stay - This sun-lit space features a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony where you can enjoy your favorite summer meals, and community access to a swimming pool. Relax and rest in the cozy bedrooms that have a warm touch for a good night’s sleep. Resting well is extremely necessary so you can head out to enjoy all the outdoor adventures. With beautiful views of the neighboring coastal wetlands and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, this two-story condo in Ogunquit will make your next vacation to Southern Maine a scenic, comfortable, and relaxing one. Noteworthy: This is a two story condo, beginning on the second floor. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Beach towels, a beach umbrella, and two beach chairs are available for guest use. Read what some of our past guests had to say: "This apartment was sparkling clean and had an outstanding view. Check-in and out were super simple. It was everything my friends and I needed for a perfect weekend getaway and we cannot wait to go back!" Angelica M. "Amazing location and view! Perfect for a getaway. Everything was well taken care of, and check in/out was extremely easy. Views from the balcony and upstairs window are amazing at sunrise and sunset and always." Casey R.

Sparrowhawk House

PRICING - All inclusive pricing makes booking your vacation easy. One price + VRBO - AirBnB booking fee & Tax = Straightforward Reservation and No surprises You are going to love Sparrowhawk House. The tidy yard featuring a gas fire pit and a shady patio with a Webber grill and outdoor dining that leads you into a chef’s kitchen, spacious living room, spa bathrooms and large, comfy bedrooms. The home is fully air conditioned. How is that for comfort? The location is exactly right. A quiet residential neighborhood within strolling distance of a village that pulls out all the stops -- a main street lined with restaurants, boutiques, an ice cream shop, a shady park, historic riverfront, and a white-steepled 19th century church. There’s something so alluring about the small towns where so much history happened, and how so many things are still quaintly the way they always were. Not only can we see the three waterfalls and dams in Royal River Park and historical buildings, but Yarmouth is also home to the world-class Yarmouth Clam Festival in July, year-round sports and activities and most of all spectacular beauty everywhere you turn. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals -- pots, pans, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. All three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with a queen bed in each. The main bedroom is located on the first floor. There is a day bed in a den area at the top of the stairs. Be aware - deep spa tubs in each bathroom. This is an older, historic farmhouse. (built in the early 1900's) although it has been completely updated, stairs are steep to the second floor. Maine's largest city and foodie dream, Portland, is twenty minutes south and the outlet town of Freeport and LL Bean is just next door, a shopper's delight. And don't miss this - Only 15 mins away. Take a walk around Mackworth Island since it is so close to your house. Mackworth Island State Park is a gem of the Casco Bay area. An island of about 100 acres, accessible by a causeway to the mainland, there are 360-degree scenic views of the ocean and Portland’s skyline, and so much to be enjoyed on this little piece of preserved land. Accessible by a causeway, Mackworth Island State Park is full of local wildlife due to its mixed-growth forest and location at the mouth of the Presumpscot River. As a legally-declared bird sanctuary, you can expect to see a wide variety of birds including turkeys, warblers, ruffed grouse, and thrushes in addition to racoons, hares, foxes, skunks and squirrels. Watch the boats cruise by through the harbor, admire the rocky coast, enjoy the Portland skyline, and keep an eye out for the island’s “fairy village,” which is a collection of tiny houses made from natural materials for the island’s magical creatures to call home.

Promenade Deck 202

Set your course for this bright, airy condo located in the heart of Maine's best beach town. Brand new, it has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and an open living room, dining area and large, modern kitchen. Located on the 2nd floor STARBOARD side of the building, (Unit 202) in Old Orchard Beach, it is only 1/4 mile from the long, sandy beach and Palace Playland and a few steps further to the famous pier. Enjoy your beach day and come back to cool, air-conditioned comfort (aaahhh!) to cook delicious dinners in your fully stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery -- everything you need to serve tasty meals for the whole gang. But why cook when all of Old Orchard's many dining options are just outside, only blocks away? There are pubs, restaurants, ice cream stands, shopping and live music within an easy walk. In the evening, take a sunset walk along the beach (it is seven, sandy miles long!) and stop for a cool, colorful cocktail at one of beach bars along the way. More convenience - A washer/dryer within your unit. No need to drive and worry about parking in town. All of this and a deck that's great for people watching and two designated parking spots. Pet friendly too!

Such a fun alternative to camping with way more amenities. Ashley and Neal’s tipi camp truly provided everything we needed, but they also exceeded our expectations with the ambience of the tipi with beautiful decor and lighting to make it extra cozy ?? The hot water kettle worked nice and quickly. The loo was kept beautifully clean and was designed well. Lots of places to hang out (fire pit, tipi, hot tub). Everything was super clean, but I’d recommend bringing your own bedding in order to make the place feel like it’s truly yours. I brought a pillow and I’m really glad I did. We brought an extra blanket and we were thankful we had it. Danika - Cambridge, VT - 5 stars Oct 2023 This is a little slice of paradise. Owners did an amazing job curating this pond-side property and we had the perfect stay. Neal and Apollo were staying at the Cabin next to the tipi and both were extremely friendly and also respected our privacy. Highly recommend this getaway! Alanis - 5 stars - Aug 2023 We stayed at the tipi for our first wedding anniversary. It was my first time doing anything close to camping and loved it. I recommend getting there before night time because when we got there it was pitch dark & we were so scared?? the first night rained & there was a thunderstorm storm which was awesome sleeping with that sound ?? the next day we used the kayaks, went into the hot tub and saw the stars at night with some shooting starts. Just perfect. Also I recommend Ralphs Cafe it’s like a 10 min drive, so good! Loved everything about this experience. Adam - 5 stars - PA - Aug 2023 Our stay at Phoenix Landing was wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet setting on the large pond and the lack of cell phone service to relax. You are connected with nature and secluded but with a few glamping comforts like electricity & hot water. Definitely recommend if you like camping and want some peace & quiet. Michael - 5 stars - June 2023 Even with nonstop rain we had the best weekend getaway Can’t wait to come back.
