Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, & one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. There's plenty of room for your entire group to gather together after a day on the slopes and create your own bar scene! The entryway is the perfect place to take off your boots and hang your coats, while our outside ski storage provides a safe spot to store your gear. The sitting area provides another small gathering place with streaming TV and games, plus a half bathroom. An elevator provides accessible access to the second floor should you need it (key required). Behind the bar, you have a True bar back refrigerator with lots of room for beverages or snacks, second beverage cooler, dishwasher (coming soon), bar sink, wash basin and glassware. You can also get all the ice you need from our commercial ice machine. The dining room in the second A-frame structure features tables and chairs with seating for 20, plus a pool table and sofa. Head out the door to the front patio, and you'll find one of the two hot tubs along with a gas barbecue grill. The full commercial kitchen at the back of the dining room is available to guests. Due to the commercial setup of the kitchen we request that guests confirm use of that area with us before booking and sign a waiver for its use. We have gigabit Wifi through the property with a mesh network that provides a strong signal everywhere. The common ares also feature Synexis devices which fights viruses, bacteria, mold and odors using an innovative dry hydrogen peroxide technology. Ski-on, ski-off condo at the base of Pico mountain resort.  This one-bedroom, one bath, has a mountain view, including a Deer Leap overlook, from your 2nd floor's private balcony.   Once in the unit, you will notice that the fully equipped kitchen flows into a bright and airy dining/living room that features a large fireplace,  vaulted ceiling, and skylights.  The corner bedroom provides extra quiet and comfort for sleeping after a long day on the slopes; this is opposite the balcony side, with a great view of Bonanza - Pico's snow-sports learning terrain.  The Ski locker is located on the ground floor beside the elevator.   The ski locker key is located on a hook by the front door. It is important to remember that the ski locker key should be returned to its designated spot after each use.
