Although we can tear trees and shrubs out to make way for paved parking lots and leverage to increase profit for Restaurant, we have made the decision to provide valet parking. Food must be fresh to be served to our guests. Therefore, we have a reservation only policy for breakfast or dinner. In order to be fresh, it has to be purchased that day or day before. We do not truck our food in, we go and select and purchase them from farmers markets or wholesale restaurant food suppliers where we can pick the freshest items.
