Location Manatee Palms is located in Downtown Bradenton Florida about two short city blocks to Bradenton Riverwalk and historic Mineral Springs Park. Bradenton Riverwalk is approximately 4.5 miles, either walk or run on a scenic waterfront path. Riverwalk also has a fantastic observation tower for great photos of the city. Walking distance to many restaurants and city sponsored festivals and art events. We are only five minutes from the courthouse, and 7 minutes to Lecom Park; Pittsburgh Pirates spring training. Our Commitment to Environment Manatee Palms has been and is eco friendly property. When you walk on the property you can visually see that the environment is our number one goal. Although we can tear trees and shrubs out to make way for paved parking lots and leverage to increase profit for Restaurant, we have made the decision to provide valet parking. This is putting the environment first, then profits. We also have an eco friendly policy that we ask guests to assist with towel usage during their stay. Furthermore, we are no waste property: We choose to serve you fruits and vegetables. Any unused fruit and vegetables that day; will be our base for our juices and, voted number one, pastry fillings. We grow some of our own peppers and herbs onsite as well. Our Commitment to Quality Food You will not find a Walkin Freezer or a microwave oven on the property. Food must be fresh to be served to our guests. Therefore, we have a reservation only policy for breakfast or dinner. In order to be fresh, it has to be purchased that day or day before. This is true for catering or everyday hotel guests. We do not truck our food in, we go and select and purchase them from farmers markets or wholesale restaurant food suppliers where we can pick the freshest items. Hotel Manatee Palms is small; but by no means you are not missing any luxury amenities you get with a four-to-five-star hotel. Few common comments are: “I slept so well, bed was great”, “It was the best night sleep”, “Breakfast was fantastic”. Our founder traveled the entire globe five days a week.
