Rebecca and her husband Dave have owned the Historic Smithton Inn since 2009. Born in Upstate New York, Rebecca attended college in Boston, studied abroad at Oxford University and Imperial College, was a nanny in Belgium where she learned to speak French. Her career in corporate marketing took her to Houston, TX where she met her husband and enjoyed life in the Lone Star State for nearly 20 years. In 2009 the couple decided to move back north to return to their roots & bring the Historic Smithton Inn 'back to life'. Rebecca's strong customer service ethic was shaped by early jobs with Marriott Hotels. She's an early-bird who LOVES to cook, loves people and really enjoys helping guests craft the perfect experience at the Inn.
