Guests do not have access to the inside of the garage, and other than temporary parking to load/unload things, no parking is available in front of the garage doors. Our parkside condo is perfect for small groups or solo travelers who want lots of outdoor patio space, a walkable neighborhood, and a spacious, well-designed condo. Right off of Ziegler Park, the condo is in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati. You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5-minute walk. And with a parking pass for Ziegler Garage included, it's convenient too! You'll find that the condo's crown jewel is certainly the outdoor space. With a large, private outdoor patio and a separate sunbathing deck, our space is the perfect retreat for small and medium-sized groups. The apartment itself is two stories. The bedroom is on the first floor, while the kitchen is on the top floor. We have a fully-stocked kitchen and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. Please note that on the first floor we have partitioned the place off into two separate condos. You will share a wall with a separate, self-contained apartment. It has its own entrance and you won't come into contact with the occupants or share any inside spaces with them. We have also put a sound-barrier between the two apartments. Just be aware that loud noises may occasionally carry through from your apartment to theirs and vice versa... The place is yours! You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium. It's so easy to get around -- walk everywhere if you'd like.
