Michael is an avid outdoorsman and loves sharing that with our children. His goal each day is to make sure that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their getaway. Whatever you need, the Marine in Michael will make sure it gets done. If you want to see him run, just try to beat him to the door upon returning from dinner as he’s striving to be the best doorman/innkeeper in the world. Reviews on TripAdvisor are a testament to this.

Carol loves to cook and decorate the Lodge, while also handling the business side of things as she graduated from Boston College with a degree in business management. She's also a licensed Real Estate Broker with her own company Mountain Life Realty and loves helping guests who stay at the Lodge and fall in love with the area find their piece of the White Mountains to call home.

We're always looking for new ways to improve the Lodge and offer our guests the best experience possible. The best part of being an innkeeper for us is meeting people from around the world and developing friendships with our many repeat guests. And the memories we have from all of those who have eloped and gotten married here are ones that I’ll cherish forever.
