This immaculate condo features an open kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and; stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sound from the balcony, accessible from the Living Room and; Master Bedroom. You can also enjoy these beautiful sound views while dining at the dinner table or watching a movie with the family! Each bedroom has it's own TV with cable or Roku TV. Take advantage of the public beach access at Radio Island or hangout by the outdoor community pool and; Hot Tub at Olde Town Yacht Club. A Premier Linen Package is included with each reservation! **Boat Slips and; Lifts can be rented for your stay. Please contact our office and we can provide information to book your spot.**The Community Pool will close around the end of October and reopen around May, weather permitting.
