I am Sheila Cox Dickinson, the owner/manager of these vacation rental properties. I love long walks on the beach (truly – I lived in Panama City Beach Florida for 25 years), live music, cocktails with friends, hikes in the mountains and my border collie and kitty. In 2013 I moved home to Washington state from Panama City Beach and fell back in love with the mountains and a man named Scott, but I couldn’t give up my special beach – so I bought Emerald Waters Escape at the Majestic Beach Resort
