Cancellations/Transfers: All cancellations, including transfer requests, by Tenant must be in writing and the receipt of the request must be confirmed by Agent. If a cancellation request is not received and Tenant does not arrive during the rental period, the reservation will be considered to have been cancelled and not re-rented and all funds forfeited.
